Registration FAQ

A flat-fee of HK$400 to attend the HKArbWeek events. Paid events will charge an additional registration fee. Details can be found in the respective event information page. You can only register to attend one (1) event, either in person or virtually during CONCURRENT sessions.

By attending HKArbWeek, you have consented to photographs, recordings, or videotapes to be used by HKIAC for the purposes of publications and promotional materials. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.

There is no refund for any cancellation of registration after payment. Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time up to 10 October 2025 via email. Kindly be aware that any replacement will apply to all selected events as a package. Transfers for individual events are not permitted.

The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions on all registration matters at its sole discretion.
